Beyoncé took home two awards at the 2025 Grammy Awards, but not everyone is convinced the wins were entirely above board.

Fear Factory guitarist Dino Cazares voiced his skepticism on X, questioning the legitimacy of Beyoncé’s victory. “What did u all think about Beyoncé winning Best Country Album? Normally I wouldn’t care, but in this case, it’s very weird to me. U think it was rigged?” he wrote.

His post sparked a wave of agreement from fans. One commented, “Yeah, that’s a weird one. I was unaware that she even did a country album.” Another added, “When is it NOT rigged?”

Beyoncé entered the ceremony with 11 nominations and walked away with Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter, as well as Best Country Album for the same record and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “II Most Wanted,” her collaboration with Miley Cyrus.

She triumphed over heavyweights like André 3000, Sabrina Carpenter, Charli XCX, Jacob Collier, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Taylor Swift. Beyond the pop categories, the night also saw The Beatles’ “Now and Then” win Best Rock Performance, Gojira’s “Ah Ça Ira” clinch Best Metal Performance, and The Rolling Stones secure Best Rock Album for Hackney Diamonds.
