Nu-metal pioneers Korn have announced two surprise European shows for 2024, and they’re bringing an incredible support act with them for one of them. The Bakersfield legends will play at the Spodek arena in Katowice, Poland, on July 30, with rising metalcore stars Spiritbox joining them.
This announcement marks Korn’s first confirmed show for 2024, and since they’re skipping most of the European festival circuit next year, it’s particularly unexpected. However, a closer look at Korn’s official website reveals another confirmed show—the band is set to play the Hills of Rock Festival in Bulgaria on July 25. The festival’s own website is expected to make its first lineup announcement soon.
Tickets for the Spodek arena show will go on sale tomorrow, Friday, December 15, at 11 am CET (Central European Time). See Korn’s announcement of the show via Twitter below:

2024 also marks the 30th anniversary of Korn’s game-changing debut album. When the band toured to celebrate the album’s 20th anniversary in 2014, they famously played the record in its entirety—a challenge for Korn frontman Jonathan Davis. In a 2022 interview with Metal Hammer, Davis explained why performing the deeply personal “Daddy,” which deals with themes of child abuse, was especially difficult for him.
