This tour marks LINKIN PARK’s first since their 2017 album, One More Light, and their first since the tragic loss of lead vocalist Chester Bennington. The new album, From Zero, set for release on November 15 via Warner, introduces Emily Armstrong as the band’s new lead vocalist and Colin Brittain as drummer. They join returning members Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Dave “Phoenix” Farrell, and Joe Hahn, with guitarist Alex Feder stepping in for Delson during live performances.
In a recent interview with Billboard, Shinoda spoke candidly about the band’s evolution and the departure of founding drummer Rob Bourdon. “Rob told us a few years back that he wanted to step away from the band,” Shinoda shared. “It was sad for all of us, especially since fans had started noticing his absence during the Hybrid Theory re-release and other projects. But as his friends, we want him to do what makes him happy, and we wish him all the best.”
Fans are eagerly awaiting this new era of LINKIN PARK as they return to the stage with a revamped lineup and a fresh vision for the future.
