Liam Gallagher revealed on X that he found life’s secrets by connecting with wildlife during a personal awakening.
When a fan asked, “How did you get so spiritual?” Liam responded, “It was during the COVID lockdown. I started listening to the rhythms of the wildlife, and they told me the secrets of life and the universe—and to stop titting about and work out.”
This isn’t the first time the former Oasis frontman has opened up about his spiritual side. In a 2011 interview with The Times, Liam shared, “I’m a spiritual kinda guy. I’m not walking around in a sheet banging a tambourine or turning into fcking Bono. It’s private. But I’m connected, man. To something. In my pram, I was a rock star. But I’m older now. I don’t wanna grow up like a dck. I don’t want to get to 40 and embarrass my kids.”
Last year, Liam revealed plans for a month-long spiritual retreat before Oasis’s highly anticipated reunion tour. When a fan asked on X, “What plans do you have until Oasis rehearsals start, to which you’ll only go to laugh at others?” Liam cheekily replied, “I’m gonna go to Mongolia for a month to practice my spiritual renaissance, then get stuck into rehearsals.”
Oasis officially announced their return in August 2024, revealing a series of massive stadium shows across the UK and Ireland for 2025. Due to overwhelming demand, the tour expanded globally, adding dates in North America, South America, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.
Fans have been eagerly speculating about the setlist. A rumored list began circulating on X, including songs like “Acquiesce,” “Some Might Say,” “Lyla,” “Shakermaker,” and “The Hindu Times.” Liam dismissed the leaked setlist as unofficial but teased, “It’s not far off.”
With the band’s iconic return on the horizon, anticipation continues to grow for what promises to be a monumental chapter in Oasis’s legacy.
