Rikki Rockett recently clarified that Bret Michaels is not interested in touring with Poison in 2025. On September 10, the drummer addressed fans on Facebook, explaining that he receives frequent inquiries about a potential tour and stating simply, “Bret doesn’t want to.”
This announcement is notable as it comes just a few months after Michaels hinted at a tour in 2025, expressing excitement about a possible reunion with the original band members to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Poison. He described the idea of bringing back the original lineup—C.C. DeVille, Rikki Rockett, and Bobby Dall—as an “awesome” prospect during one of his solo shows.
While Rockett’s statement seems definitive regarding the lack of a tour, Michaels previously indicated that plans for a reunion and special events could still be in the works, mentioning a concept called “Parti-Gras” to celebrate Poison’s greatest hits.
Poison last toured in 2022 as part of a stadium tour with bands like Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard, but with conflicting messages about future plans, fans are left speculating about what lies ahead for the iconic band.
