Country star on the rise Ella Langley might be lighting up stages and winning awards, but at heart, she’s still a 26-year-old who loves her Bath & Body Works just like the rest of us.
This past weekend, after rocking the Sand In My Boots music festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama, the “You Look Like You Love Me” singer made a surprise stop at Bath & Body Works’ Come Back to Your Senses pop-up. The beachside setup gave fans a chance to meet Ella up close — and hear all about the scents that bring back memories for her.
As she explored the booth, Ella shared her favorites with a smile and a few nostalgic stories. Fresh Balsam? That one smells like Christmas at her mom’s house. Sweet Pea instantly took her back to seventh grade — a classic, right? And if you’ve ever wondered what a Nashville recording studio smells like, Ella says it’s basically Mahogany Teakwood in candle form.
Then came a beachy favorite: At The Beach. Ella sniffed the bottle, grinned, and said, “Wait, I love this one. It smells exactly how you’d think — coconut oil.” You could practically hear the ocean breeze.
Even though she was only in Alabama for 12 hours, Ella made the most of it — and so did her fans. She posted a carousel of sun-soaked photos on Instagram, captioned:
“12 hours in Gulf Shores 🛬 thank you, @sandinmybootsfest”
Fans quickly flooded the comments with love for both her style and her performance.
“The style is as if Joan Jett, Jessi Colter, and Emmylou (circa Elite Hotel) had a baby. ⚡️✨🙌 Perfection,” wrote Junk Gypsy.
“Smoke show,” added Morgane Stapleton (yep, Chris Stapleton’s wife!).
“You were so amazing — a beauty on the Sand In My Boots stage,” another fan gushed.
And one follower cheekily dropped in: “Excuse me, you look like you love me.”
Between her killer set, sweet fan moments, and scent-filled throwbacks, Ella Langley gave us all the feel-good vibes we didn’t know we needed — with just the right hint of coconut oil.
