Both teams then traveled to Los Angeles for Game 3 on Monday, October 27, with Tyler Glasnow on the mound for the Dodgers and Max Scherzer pitching for Toronto — promising another thrilling chapter in the Best-of-7 series.
Adding to the excitement, country star Brad Paisley performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the first pitch. Toronto-born singer JP Saxe sang the Canadian National Anthem, setting the stage for an international celebration of baseball.
Paisley, a lifelong Dodgers fan, brought his signature style to the anthem, walking up with his guitar and delivering a moving rendition. The performance was accompanied by a flyover of five AT-6 planes and a giant flag unfurled in center field, creating a spectacular start to the game.
