Carly Pearce is glowing these days — and it’s not just because of her music. The country star recently shared that she’s “happier than ever” thanks to her new relationship with Jordan Karcher, a dog rescue advocate and founder of Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co.
The 35-year-old singer joined Bunnie XO on The Dumb Blonde Podcast, where she spoke candidly about her journey — from her career highs to personal struggles with OCD, anxiety, and recurrent pericarditis. Pearce also reflected on her divorce from fellow country artist Michael Ray before revealing how she met Karcher.
Surprisingly, the couple’s love story began on Raya, a private dating app known for connecting creatives and high-profile individuals. “Yeah, we’re serious,” Pearce said with a smile. “I’m 35, and I thought I might never meet someone. But I did — and I’m happier than ever. He’s not in the entertainment business, which is the best thing ever. He just makes me so happy.”
Pearce and Karcher have been together for about six months, and while the relationship is still new, she says it already feels right. The pair “hard launched” their romance in July when Pearce posted a sweet photo of them during a date night, captioning it: “I guess this is what the kids call a hard launch these days…”
