Country music’s rising star Ella Langley just hit a major milestone—and her fans are celebrating right alongside her. On the heels of the 2025 ACM Awards nominations, Langley leads the pack with an impressive eight nods, making her the most-nominated artist of the year.

This is Langley’s very first time being nominated at the ACMs, and the recognition largely comes from the massive success of her breakout duet with Riley Green, “you look like you love me.” The emotional ballad has not only topped charts but clearly struck a chord with fans and the industry alike.

Here’s a look at the categories she’s up for:

Female Artist of the Year

New Female Artist of the Year

Single of the Year

Song of the Year (as both artist and songwriter)

Music Event of the Year

Visual Media of the Year (as both artist and director)

Her Reaction? Pure Gold.
Currently on tour with Riley Green for his Damn Country Music Tour, Langley took a moment while on the road in Canada to react to the exciting news—and she didn’t hold back.

In a hilarious and heartwarming Instagram Story, Langley stared into the camera, wide-eyed and overwhelmed. “Are y’all fakin’ me?” she asked, clearly stunned. Before she could finish, she let out a scream and face-planted into her pillow in disbelief. Honestly? Same, Ella.

A Career on Fire 🔥
Langley’s star has been on the rise for a while now. After years of writing behind the scenes, she officially stepped into the spotlight with her debut album Hungover in August 2024. The project features her Platinum-certified hit “you look like you love me,” which soared to No. 1 not long after its release.

The momentum hasn’t slowed down since. The track already won Musical Event of the Year at the 2024 CMA Awards and earned a People’s Choice Country Award nomination. Now, it’s poised to take home even more hardware at the ACMs.

With talent, grit, and a whole lot of heart, Ella Langley is proving she’s not just having a breakout year—she’s here to stay. And if her screaming-into-a-pillow moment tells us anything, she’s just as excited as we are to see what’s next.
