In a recent interview with Mike Hsu from 100 FM The Pike radio, Anthrax’s lead singer Joey Belladonna shared his experiences and thoughts about the rock band Journey.
Despite having a close connection with Journey, including participating in crew soundchecks and performing at various shows, Belladonna revealed that he has never been formally invited to join the group.
He expressed his enthusiasm for such an opportunity, highlighting his interest in the challenge it would present.
Belladonna also mentioned his ongoing communication with Journey’s Deen Castronovo and his own involvement in a Journey tribute band, Beyond Frontiers, where he has performed in a number of shows.
