Rock Fest has announced that Pantera will be back in 2023, with more music and fun, and it will take place from July 13-15 in Cadott, Wisconsin.
The lineup will consist of Phil Anselmo and bassist Rex Brown with Zakk Wylde on guitar and Charlie Benante on drums.
