August 17, 2024, will mark the 40th anniversary of W.A.S.P.’s debut album. To commemorate this iconic release, W.A.S.P. will perform the entire album in its entirety for the first time in four decades during their North American tour this fall, aptly named “Album ONE Alive”. They will be supported by DEATH ANGEL and UNTO OTHERS.

W.A.S.P., formed in 1982, is set to revive this highly praised album. Frontman Blackie Lawless reflects, “It was an album fueled by anger, capturing both our band’s spirit and the era’s mood.” This debut became a cornerstone of the 1980s metal scene and is still celebrated as one of the greatest metal debuts ever.

Joining Lawless are bassist Mike Duda and lead guitarist Doug Blair, with 29 and 26 years in the band respectively, alongside veteran drummer Aquiles Priester. Together, they promise a spectacular show, bringing to life W.A.S.P.’s vivid history by performing this legendary album from start to finish… ONE more time… ONE last time… Album ONE Alive!

The tour will begin on Saturday, October 26 in San Luis Obispo, California, and travel across North America with stops in cities like Vancouver, Toronto, Minneapolis, Dallas, New York City, and Orlando, before concluding on Saturday, December 14 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California.

A special presale on BLABBERMOUTH.NET will start on Thursday, May 30 at 11:00 a.m. local time and end the same day at 10:00 p.m. local time.
