Lzzy Hale has been on tour with Skid Row for a while, sparking speculation among fans about her potentially becoming a permanent band member. Recently, Hale addressed these rumors with an Instagram post.
Alongside several tour photos, she wrote:
“My soul is still buzzing from the crazy ride I was just on. Thank you so much to Rachel, Snake, Scotti, Rob, their amazing crew, and the entire Skid Row fan base for putting your trust in me. Thank you for bringing me into your tribe and allowing me to live inside your legacy for a moment.”
Hale elaborated on her experience:
“What began as friends helping friends evolved into something greater than we could have imagined. I’m overflowing with gratitude. This deep dive into Skid Row has allowed me to strengthen my bond with these incredible men I now call friends. The soul-bonding moments we created together musically will stay with me forever.”
Is Hale Joining Skid Row Permanently?
Hale concluded her statement by addressing whether she would join Skid Row full-time:
“And even though my current life situation prevents me from committing to a permanent role in Skid Row…I am sending in my official request to the universe that we will be able to join forces again down the road.”
Rachel Bolan Praises Hale’s Performance
Rachel Bolan, Skid Row’s bassist, shared his admiration for Hale’s contributions during the tour. Speaking with Talkin’ Rock with Meltdown, Bolan reminisced about her first days with the band. He described the impact of her initial performance:
“When we took the stage for ‘Slave to the Grind,’ she unleashed that first scream. I still get chills thinking about it. We all just looked at each other like, whoa.”
He further praised her stage presence:
“You know, everyone has been describing her as badass, and it’s perfect because she is. She’s a beast on stage. She’s great.”
