Russell Crowe is rekindling his music career with a new album release.

The actor recently sat down with Billboard, just a day before his band Indoor Garden Party’s new album dropped. Crowe emphasized that his musical endeavor is far from a vanity project, highlighting the band’s collaborative spirit and commitment:

“This is an actual band of musicians. We play together, feel things out, and work out what works best. We then perform live, and if new opportunities arise, we discuss and adjust during our next rehearsal.”

Crowe’s First Tour in Over a Decade

Crowe and his band are gearing up for their first U.S. tour in more than 12 years this August. They’ve chosen iconic venues, including the renowned Whisky-A-Go-Go in Los Angeles. Before hitting the U.S., the band will embark on a European tour, performing at major festivals like England’s Glastonbury Festival from June 26 to June 30, sharing the stage with artists like SZA, Coldplay, and Dua Lipa.

Regardless of the venue size or crowd, Crowe aims to bring a cozy, corner-pub vibe to their performances.
