On May 28, Sebastian Bach, the former frontman for Skid Row, gave a performance at Riverside Park in Grants Pass, Oregon. This thrilling incident was covered by Bravewords. During the performance, Bach and his solo band thrilled the crowd with an upbeat performance of the popular Rush song “Tom Sawyer.” You may view a video of this unforgettable performance that has been posted on YouTube using the linked player below.

Sebastian has always been an ardent Rush fan and even appeared in their 2010 documentary “Beyond The Lighted Stage.” He is currently working on his forthcoming solo album, which will be his first offering since 2014’s “Give ‘Em Hell.” The record is anticipated to arrive later this year or perhaps the following.

Bach was Skid Row’s lead vocalist from 1987 until his leave or expulsion in 1996. Many of their late 1980s and early 1990s singles, such as “18 And Life,” “I Remember You,” “Youth Gone Wild,” “Monkey Business,” and “Slave To The Grind,” benefited from his commanding vocals. Skid Row has had many lineup changes after Bach’s departure, with Erik Grönwall serving as its most recent lead singer. Grönwall joined the group more than a year ago and helped produce “The Gang’s All Here,” the group’s first studio album in more than ten years.

The response from the fans was not so good. Here are some of the responses:

“Looks like he’s going for that Vince Meal aesthetic.”

“He needs to learn the power of the keto diet”

“I have full respect for Mr. Bach, I know he is a huge Rush fan and I will leave it at that.”

“Not bad at all. .I am glad he is still rocking..the crowd loved him..”

“I know everyone gets old, but this one hurt my feelings lol”
