Ozzy Osbourne wins Best Metal Performance at Grammys

Ozzy Osbourne and Tony Iommi won the 2023 Grammy award for Best Metal Performance and Ozzy won the Best Rock Album award.

The Price of Darkness didn’t attend the award show due to his ongoing health problem. Instead, his producer Andrew Watt and Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo accepted the Grammy on the behalf of Osbourne.

“We had so much fun making this album,” said Watt, while accepting the Best Metal Performance honor. “We got to unite Ozzy and Tony together [for “Degradation Rules”] and make a great song. So I talked to Ozzy on the car ride on the way over and he had two messages for the people: ‘I love you all … and f*** off!’”

Many rockers praised Ozzy and congrats him, this is completely unbelievable to earn this many Grammy awards at this old age in a single time.

Recently, Ozzy announced his retirement from music world concerning his old age and health issue.
