On March 4th, during The 80s Cruise, Sebastian Bach delivered a rendition of Ozzy Osbourne’s hit “Shot In The Dark” as part of his performance. He was accompanied by Phil Soussan on bass, who not only played on Osbourne’s “The Ultimate Sin” album but also co-wrote the track. Fans captured this collaboration on video.

Phil Soussan shared insights into his departure from Osbourne’s band on “The Five Count” radio show in 2021, explaining there was no significant tension. He highlighted a disagreement over contract terms with Sharon Osbourne, which led him to leave, despite the difficulty of exiting a major band. Soussan faced delayed payments post-departure, which were eventually settled by 1992 or 1993, clarifying that any misunderstandings had been resolved.

Soussan addressed rumors of his exit and clarified he never sued Osbourne, contrary to some stories suggesting he had joined a lawsuit for unpaid royalties. “The Ultimate Sin,” despite its controversies and being Ozzy’s least favorite album, achieved double platinum status. The album’s creation was marked by creative disputes, but it remains a significant part of Ozzy Osbourne’s discography.
