While it’s all been shrouded in secrecy, Elton is back in the studio working on a new album. Time frames are a bit flexible, but a release date in the fourth quarter has been tentatively penciled in,” divulged an inside source. “His love for music remains unwavering, but the desire to maintain the same level of busyness has lessened.”

“Elton will still host his Rocket Hour radio show on Apple Music, and he remains very attuned to the pulse of the music scene. He just wants to dial back a bit and savor more time with his family, but rest assured, the new album is on the horizon,” the source added.
