Renowned Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Sammy Hagar, is set to embark on his highly anticipated 2024 tour, “The Best Of All Worlds.” Joining Hagar are Michael Anthony on bass and backing vocals, Jason Bonham on drums, and the recently announced Joe Satriani on guitar, hailed as one of the world’s finest guitarists. This revelation came to light during Hagar’s appearance on SiriusXM’s “The Howard Stern Show” on November 14.

Live Nation is producing the tour, which includes 28 shows. Special guests LOVERBOY will be featured, and the tour is scheduled to kick off on July 13 in West Palm Beach, Florida, wrapping up on August 31 in St. Louis, Missouri. Ticket pre-sales begin November 15, with general sales starting November 17.

During the tour, Hagar intends to delve deep into the VAN HALEN songbook, a decision influenced by the inclusion of Satriani in the lineup. Traditionally, Hagar and Anthony perform a handful of VAN HALEN tracks with their band THE CIRCLE, but this tour promises a different approach, focusing more on VAN HALEN classics and less on Hagar’s solo work.

Hagar reflected on the significance of the tour, marking nearly 20 years since his last reunion with VAN HALEN members Eddie and Alex Van Halen in 2004. He expressed a sense of urgency and dedication to the fans, acknowledging the finite nature of his performing career.

Michael Anthony also hinted at the possibility of reviving songs not played since their 2004 tour. Meanwhile, Satriani spoke about the challenge and excitement of interpreting Eddie Van Halen’s iconic guitar parts, emphasizing the importance of capturing both the essence and the evolution of Van Halen’s live performances.

This tour promises a blend of nostalgia, virtuosity, and a deep respect for the musical legacy of VAN HALEN, offering fans a unique concert experience. For more information and ticket details, fans are encouraged to visit RedRocker.com.
